Manufacturers Description

This vertical tray erecting machine is designed for forming and gluing corrugated trays from flat die-cut pieces. It produces tray-type packaging featuring four  glued sides, suitable for various packaging needs. The machine supports formats up to a maximum size of 600 mm in length, 400 mm in width, and 150 mm in height. It offers multi-format capability, allowing easy and reliable format changes.

The machine is equipped with a built in integrated gluing system and pneumatic components, including visible pneumatic cylinders and tubes, which are integral 

to its operation. It features an extended discharge conveyor belt with rollers on a blue frame for efficient tray handling. 

Ergonomic design elements include a cardboard cutout loading height of 870 mm, glue loading height of 1070 mm, and tray output height of 150 mm. The cardboard cutout magazine can hold approximately 250 cutouts at a height between 450 and 500 mm, allowing magazine loading without stopping production. 

Glue applicators, each holding 3 kg, can also be loaded during operation after an pre-heating period.
