Excellent line for a contract packer that is doing distilled beverage, hot-fill and any still beverage The equipment is explosion proof and can run bottles (glass and PET), flasks, and aluminum bottles. Capper is set up to run 28mm and 33mm plastic screw caps, 30mm x 44mm Aluminum ROPP and 38mm ROPP cap and T-Corks.

Line was installed in year 2019 with new and used equipment. Line runs flasks and round glass bottles and Alumi-Tek (Ball) aluminum bottles with 38mm ROPP caps. This line is partially installed.

• 28 mm plastic cap was used on R21 750 ml, 375 ml & 1 L.
• 33 mm plastic cap was used on R21 & CM 1.75 L.
• 30 mm x 44 mm Aluminum ROPP was used on Bacardi 750 ml.
• Corks used in Captain Morgan 750ml and 1 L.
• 38mm ROPP Cap on Alumi-Tech aluminum bottles
