With a rugged design, these automatic box closers offer reliable operation in 24/7 high-volume manufacturing and distribution environments. To support an often high-turnover labor force, a uniform and intuitive user interface (HMI) for easy operation and maintenance is standard across the portfolio.

The CS25 Case Sealer is an all-purpose machine for almost any application requiring speeds up to 42cpm. A convenient bypass option eliminates the need for additional conveying when pre-sealed boxes or HSCs are introduced into the line. To ensure consistent sealing of the box, spring loaded synchronous compensating side belts and squaring wheels ensure cases remain square throughout the closing and sealing process.
