Used SARCMI Beverage Canning Line for standard 12-ounce cans for hot-filled carbonated beverages and fruit drinks, with a capacity of 20,000 LPH for hot beverages and 13,800 LPH for carbonated beverages. The complete line includes depalletizing and manual palletizing of trays for 4 six-packs (3x2).

This used hot and carbonated beverage canning line is in operation and available for sale. The line is complete, from the depalletizer to the tray former and the manual outfeed conveyor for stacking. It was originally designed and installed in 1994 to process 20,000 LPH of hot-filled fruit pulp beverages at 67°C in standard 12-ounce cans and 13,800 LPH for carbonated beverages with a 202 cap. This line is sold with a carbonator, but without a pasteurizer. The line is complete and ready for reinstallation.

The filling line for standard 12-ounce cans cans for 333 LPM (hot beverages) and 230 LPM (carbonated beverages). Currently in operation, it continues at an average efficiency of 92%.

-COMACO 4-head seamer for 202 ends (lids), manufactured in 2007.

-Manzini Comaco Can Depalletizer, capacity 3 packs per minute, manufactured in 1994.

-SMI Wrapper, capacity 35 packs/min on a double track, for printed polyethylene, model SMI FLEXI, year 2010.

-SMI Tray Former Packer with a capacity of 25 boxes/min, manufactured in 1994.

-TAP TONE level detector, manufactured in 2012.

-NITRODOSE brand Nitrogenator, manufactured in 2012.

-Interconnecting conveyors between equipment and a gravity roller conveyor for manual stowage.
