This Can Filler and Seamer was previously running 12 ounce sleek cans with 202 ends at speeds up to 575 cans per minute. The equipment is equipped with an advanced Allen Bradley MicroLogix PLC controller and drives. Additionally, there is automatic lubrication; Ten Port Orsco and single pump Grease Lubrication System to ensure continuous performance and reliability. The pair includes an operator control station, liquid nitrogen dosing system, CO2 nitrogen bubble breaker, mechanical guarding, operator platforms, and extra handling parts. The equipment has been subjected to regularly scheduled maintenance to ensure its continued dependable operation. Included are quick change handling parts for 202/211 12 ounce cans, 202/211 x413 16 ounce cans, 202/204 x603 12 ounce cans and 209/300 x710 23.5 ounce cans.
