(1) used Aeroglide Bottle Cooling Tunnel - Stainless Steel Double Deck, Model 52-144-40 XTC, S/N 92-02-01, 12’ W x 40’ L.
Set-up with one tempering zone and four cooling zones. The unit is complete with steam injection control, electrical control panel,
Toromont cooling tower/control panel, pumps, piping, air knives/blowers etc. Measurement from the top of the belt to the spray
nozzles is approximately 10-7/8”. Also includes some infeed and discharge tabletop conveyors
Condition: Good Used.
Note: Top and bottom levels of tunnel have 5 zones with the first zone having steam injection into the water for tempering.
Both the top and bottom zones are supplied with the same pumps for each zone but have a valve so that either level
can be shut off when not in use. Each level has own spray headers and nozzles and the levels are separated by tray
or pan although not completely water tight. The upper level water runs towards the outside of the belt where it drains
to the lower level tanks.
